If you place an order with Armory Exchange, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using this site, you represent that you are over the age of 18. Armory Exchange does not permit those under 18 to use our site or services.

Legality

It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering. Some of the items for sale on our website may be restricted to adults and/or also may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. The customer is responsible for verifying the legality of the item(s) ordered prior to placing the order. Armory Exchange will not be held responsible for any items refused by your FFL. It is up to you to contact your chosen FFL to inquire about the transfer of the items you are ordering prior to placing your order.

Armory Exchange is not responsible for any items that were legal for a customer to purchase and/or own at the date the customer places an order, but which subsequently become restricted or illegal after the date of purchase.

Purchasing Ammunition

All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept any returns on ammunition. Armory Exchange reserves the right to refuse any ammunition order.

All items purchased from Armory Exchange are to be used for lawful purposes only.

By purchasing ammunition from Armory Exchange, you affirm that you:

Are at least 21 years of age.
Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution.
Have never been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
Have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
Are a U.S. citizen and have never renounced his or her US citizenship.
Have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Are not currently subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child.
Understand ammunition, by its very nature is inherently dangerous and you accept full liability regarding its use as well as full responsibility for the safe use and storage of any ammunition you purchase and/or possess.

Purchasing Firearms

All firearm sales are final. We do not accept any returns on firearms. Armory Exchange reserves the right to refuse or cancel a firearms purchase for any reason.

All items purchased from Armory Exchange are to be used for lawful purposes only.

You acknowledge, agree to, and accept all of the above conditions for purchasing ammunition and the following:

You must be 21 years old to purchase handguns and receivers. You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
Firearms are only sent to licensed FFL dealers. If you are the end user and you are having your firearm shipped to a dealer for transfer, we must have your dealers FFL on file and you must have their permission to have your firearm shipped to them for transfer prior to placing your order with us. Federal background checks are required before the FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you. Most dealers will charge you a fee for transferring a firearm and you should contact the dealer to ask the amount of that fee prior to placing your order with us.
You understand firearms, by their very nature, are inherently dangerous and you accept full liability for product failure or misuse. You also accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of any firearms you purchase and/or possess.
If your selected FFL returns the firearm to Armory Exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).

Products Or Services

Products or services are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products . We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Armory Exchange. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Warranty claims must be arranged with the manufacturer. Armory Exchange does not administer warranty services.

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

Armory Exchange reserves the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Cancellations may incur a 3% fee for lost credit card processing fees. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Armory Exchange will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Armory Exchange and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
