Returns Policy

Firearms & Ammunition

1. No returns will be accepted on firearms or ammunition.
2. Firearms returned to us from a transferring FFL for any reason are subject to the return/refund conditions stated below.

All other products

1. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of the delivery date.
2. All returns require an RMA #. Email returns@armoryexchange.com with details of return request – we will provide an RMA # to include in your return package.
3. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
5. Returned merchandise must be in unopened, new condition and will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued if products are not in new condition.
6. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Credit cards are subject to a 3% return fee.

Exchanges

Merchandise cannot be exchanged. Please contact returns@armoryexchange.com to initiate a return of the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled once placed. Return policy is effective once the order is placed.

Warranty Claims

You must coordinate directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims. Armory Exchange will not administer warranty services.
